RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We provide you with an easy return and exchange policy within 14 days from receiving our packages.
In order to be returned, all elements of the DIY boxes need to be in their individual packages with no tears or clear disruptions. We take great care into creating your DIY boxes, and we guarantee the presence of all materials needed every time. This is why no reimbursement is allowed if part of the DIY kits are missing at time of return.
For what concerns exchanges, we provide an exchange program as long as the DIY box has not been opened, and the guarantee seal is still intact. In case of breakage of the seal, return will be possible with reimbursement but no exchange.
